General Pacific is a boutique company that is proud to be smaller and more flexible than other companies. We have built a very solid name in Southern California through strong marketing and excellent word of mouth from our clients, which comes from the very high level of customer service we provide.
While being a small company may appear to be a disadvantage, Larry has built a business model that capitalizes on relationships with Realtors throughout California and across the country. His company leverages the power of the internet to generate business and interest in properties. He has been dedicated from day one to extensive marketing, including direct mail, print advertising, a presence in stores and others.
He has built a team of experienced real estate professionals who represent a variety of backgrounds and specialties. The agents affiliated with General Pacific are experts in the Southern California market and represent buying and selling clients throughout the community, from Santa Barbara/ San Luis Obispo to Malibu to Ventura, Westlake Village and the Conejo Valley.
Larry opened two new offices in 2009 and 2010, one in Westlake Village and one in San Luis Obispo venturing forward to opening a new prime location office centered in downtown Ventura. Larry plans to open more to expand GP within the next few years.
General Pacific is known for its expertise in the listing market. Larry has emphasized competitive and effective listing as a specialty service within the company. A marketing promotion program is designed that specifically addresses each property's situation and utilizes the most effective of many promotion options. Homes are advertised in "Homes and Land", "HomeQuest", "Agents Magazine", "Ranch and Country" (for Ranches), "Real Estate Weekly" and other local and regional publications. Signage, broker tours, target area mailings and open houses are a staple of the firm's listing maketing services. Each listing is marketed nationwide through the most powerful search engines available, attracting inquiries from agents and buyers searching for relocation or investment opportunities.
Early in the year of 2005, Larry and General Pacific rolled out a new division of their company to further assist their clientelle. General Pacific came out with now offering a full service property management company to oversee all leases and rentals for their investor clients. Ranging from commercial, to industrial, to residential General Pacific Property Management is making strides in the market place.
Another element of the business Larry instilled the day he opened the doors is community service and involvement. He and the other General Pacific agents view community service as an investment in the community that has been so good to them and their families. Projects they have been involved in range from beach clean-ups, school literacy programs, donating to the hungry through Food Share programs and sponsoring City of Ventura projects.
